According to the donation agreement signed by Ms. Dong Shuzhen and SWPU Education Development Foundation in June 2021, Ms. Dong Shuzhen set up a "Mother Dong Fund" in Southwest Petroleum University, donating a total of ¥ 5,000,000 to the university (¥ 2,000,000 in 2021, ¥ 2,000,000 in 2022, and 1,000,000 in 2023).
